The R&D GP1200R Ride Plate is up-dated for 2003. We have modified our production tooling to incorporate improvements found through hundreds of gallons of recreational testing and feedback from our racing programs during the 2001 and 2002 race seasons.

The plate mounting surface has been raised and re-angled, producing quicker and more stable planning from 0-30mph and smoother cruising at 50-60mph.

There is also more positive straight line stability and better high speed cornering. We made some great improvements to our already successful design.

This very ride plate design has been used for the past three years by almost all top IJSBA Factory Yamaha Race Teams and to date it is the only aftermarket ride plate to win the coveted Pro 1200 World
 
Championship, 2 Indoor Pro 1200 World Championships, and dominate in the Offshore Championships for three consecutive years.
