The Deluxe Premium Tower Mooring Cover is constructed of Sur Last high-performance solution-dyed polyester fabric with superior ultra-violet light resistance and strength. The Vacu-Hold strapless tow system eliminates billowing and buffeting. Constructed with EZ Release Dual 304 Stainless Steel Ratchet Tightening System, you can be confident that it is pre-tensioned and ready to ratchet upon installation.
