This kit significantly improves the performance & reliability of your intercooler system. This is an essential upgrade for all racing and recreational performance craft.

Key Features:

• Direct upgraded replacement for the factory rubber hoses found in the charge piping system. Compatible with OEM & RIVA Intercoolers.
• High strength multi-ply silicone hoses will not swell under pressure like original soft rubber hoses. Delivers improved throttle response & reliability with dramatically increased heat and burst resistance. Rated to 40 PSI boost pressure.
• Includes aircraft grade non-perforated clamps designed to diminish the risk of boost leaks with increased connection strength and decreased hose slippage.
• Stroke: 4 Stroke

TiAL Blow-off Valve: Improves supercharger reliability and performance by relieving unwanted pressure during off-throttle operation. Reduces supercharger clutch & gear wear and eliminates heat soak in discharge tube. The body and all internal components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum alloy. It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve. The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance. The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place for maximum durability. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance. The Blow-off Valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with oversized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response.
