Cancellation Policy
Within 2 hours of placing your order, you can modify or cancel it yourself using the Edit Order button — no cancellation fee. This includes updating your shipping address, updating your billing address, adding items, removing items, or canceling the order entirely.
After the 2-hour window, self-service editing is no longer available. If you need to cancel or modify your order after this time, email us at orders@pwcparts.com with your order number. We respond to these requests within 1 business day. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
If your order is canceled before a shipping label has been created, there is no cancellation fee.
If your order is canceled after a shipping label has been created, or after it has shipped, a 5% cancellation fee applies. This fee is calculated on the total order amount, including shipping.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do charge a 15% re-stock fee on ALL returns. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund original outbound shipping paid.
If we made the mistake — you received the wrong item, a defective item, or an item that doesn't match what you ordered — we will waive the 15% re-stock fee and your return shipping cost, and refund your original outbound shipping as well. Please let us know this is the case when you request your return so we can process it correctly.
Hazardous materials, liquids, aerosols, and batteries can only be returned via UPS or FedEx ground service. These items cannot be returned via USPS.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of us receiving your return.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import charges, broker fees, or other charges required to receive the order in the destination country.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
Orders placed during the weekends or the holidays listed below will ship the next business day.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Hazardous Materials
Hazardous materials must be shipped ground. Hazardous materials are prohibited in international mail and cannot be sent outside of the contiguous 48 United States. The most common products include aerosols, anti-freeze, motor oil, paint, paint supplies, oil/lubricants, batteries, poisons, and solvents.
Engines, Oversized and Overweight orders
Heavy and Oversized packages may be held for additional shipping charges. If this happens, you will be contacted by PWCParts. Charges will be quoted based on actual shipping costs for the weight and dimensions of the order in question to save you money.
HI, AK, PR, & U.S. Territories
Our free shipping policy does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the USVI, and any other U.S. territory. For oversized packages and packages considered heavy, additional shipping charges may be applied and you will be contacted by a PWCParts team member after your order has been placed. Charges will be quoted based on actual shipping costs for the weight and dimensions of the order in question to save you money. Please contact us with any questions.
