    The items showed timely and packaged well. They look great and quality looks on par. Price is competitive. Very happy with the impeller, but I wouldn't expect less from a higher end pricey impeller. Customer service was quick to respond via email only as noted in their website. However, the wear ring didn't meet expectations, even though looking well made, the ring is oblong and out of OEM tolerance, by .015 to .020". While it will be a great upgrade of my 15 year old equipment I was disappointed that I will not meet minimum standards set by Seadoo. Customer service seemingly cared less of my concerns about the wear ring and assured that I'd be happy because they sell a few hundred a year and never have complaints of the ring. Overall I'm satisfied but still disappointed as I won't reach the true potential of my machine after spending much time and money. I would purchase from them again, but will look elsewhere first.
