These Fed. Spec. Chain Swivels are ideal for lifting or rigging applications where twists in chain are unwanted. They are used to relieve stress caused by twisting and knotting while being pulled taut. Sizes range from 3-16" to 5/8" and they are made from grade 316 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. These swivels can also support loads up to 5,140 lbs. and feature an extra large eye opening for oversized chain.

This product is a positioning device and is not intended to swivel or rotate under load. It is manufactured in accordance with Federal Specification: RR-C-271F Type VII, Class 1 (except 316 stainless steel).
