RIVA GEN-4 Supercharger Shaft Kit

RIVA’s Super-Duty GEN-4 Supercharger Shaft Kit delivers the ultimate in reliability for high-boost applications. It features a revolutionary hydraulic shaft stabilization bearing that dramatically reduces shaft deflection and wear. The bearing stabilizes the end of the supercharger shaft with a high-pressure oil film, greatly increasing overall system stability.

Both the hydraulic end bearing and the one-piece shaft bearing are fed by a through-shaft oiling system for superior lubrication. Oil is delivered through a braided stainless steel line and injected into a billet end cap that houses the hydraulic bearing.

The shaft is precision-machined from a single piece of high-strength billet steel, creating the shaft, collar, and gear as one solid unit. This eliminates the common failure point on stock shafts where the OEM gear is pressed on. The shaft also features larger-diameter threads and nut for added strength.

The kit includes a new one-piece bearing with increased surface area for improved torsional stability, along with superior materials and finish treatment for reduced friction and better abrasion resistance.

This Shaft & Bearing Kit is a direct replacement for OEM parts and requires no additional modifications.
